Delete Account

You can delete your account anytime. Deletion is permanent and removes you from any active loop.
Delete from the app
- Open TestLoop → Settings → Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm your choice
- Receive confirmation email when complete
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, email testloop.team@gmail.com with subject "Delete account" and include your backup code for verification.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and email
- Loop memberships and participation history
- Crash reports linked to your account
Timeline
Deletion completes within 30 days across all systems.
